Everyone has concerns in their lives often involving relationships, families, work, or interpersonal issues. When these concerns become difficult and/or overwhelming a good therapist will listen carefully and help clients work towards healthy solutions.

I am a licensed psychotherapist and have been practicing in North Houston for over 20 years. I work with individuals, couples and families in a compassionate, confidential setting. As a result of my diverse training and expertise I use a variety of modalities to formulate an individual treatment plan.

I work with clients of all ages to overcome difficulties, to make positive changes and to gain balance and fulfillment in their lives.
